This well-established Scottish law firm is recruiting a Property Lawyer to join its Edinburgh office.

Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and growing practice, advising clients on a range of property matters with a particular focus on residential conveyancing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion
• Advising clients on property sales, purchases, transfers of title and related matters
• Drafting and reviewing conveyancing documentation and correspondence
• Liaising with clients, lenders, agents and other solicitors to progress transactions efficiently
• Managing your own caseload while delivering a high standard of client service

Applicants should have between 2 and 5 years’ PQE, ideally with experience in residential conveyancing. Candidates should be organised, proactive, and comfortable managing matters independently while working as part of a collaborative team.
