Our client is seeking a Solicitor to join its well-established Property Team in Ayr.

Job Description

The successful candidate will work across a broad range of residential and commercial property matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and personable solicitor who is passionate about delivering outstanding client service and building long-term client relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing a varied caseload of residential and commercial property transactions from instruction to completion.
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documentation, including contracts and leases.
Conducting title examinations, carrying out property due diligence, and ensuring compliance with all relevant legal requirements.
Advising clients throughout the transaction process and liaising with lenders, estate agents and fellow solicitors.
Completing settlements and overseeing property registrations.

This opportunity is ideally suited to a Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE, although candidates with additional experience may be considered for appointment at Associate level.
