Job Description

A leading Scottish law firm is looking to appoint an established Real Estate Solicitor to join its highly regarded, market-leading team in either Edinburgh or Glasgow.

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of Scotland's most prominent Real Estate practices, working on some of the highest-value and most interesting transactions in the market, alongside an impressive client base and a talented, close-knit team.

The Role:
· Work on high-value, high-quality Real Estate transactions, with plenty of work to get involved in from day one
· Advise an impressive portfolio of well-known, high-profile clients, including international investors from the US and Europe
· Work across a diverse range of sectors, including retail, leisure, offices, industrial and hospitality
· Gain exposure to investor and funder-side work, broadening your experience across a varied and sophisticated caseload
· Be involved in some of the most significant and commercially interesting Real Estate work available in the Scottish market

The Candidate:
· An established Real Estate Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE
· Strong experience in commercial Real Estate, with exposure to quality transactions and a genuine interest in the sector
· Commercially minded, motivated and keen to continue developing within a leading practice
· A confident communicator with strong technical, written and verbal skills
· Able to manage matters autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative team
· Interested in building client relationships and taking advantage of networking and business development opportunities
