This is an opportunity for a newly qualified or junior solicitor to join a team recognised for delivering some of the most exciting and high-value property work in Scotland. The Role
· You’ll advise a diverse client base on the full spectrum of real estate matters, working on complex and often high-profile deals.
· Acting on acquisitions and disposals, leasing, development, and investment transactions
· Advising on landlord and tenant matters across a range of asset classes
· Exposure to clients spanning retail, hospitality, healthcare, logistics, and more
· Involvement in business development and client relationship management

About You
This position would suit a commercially focused, ambitious solicitor eager to progress in a dynamic property practice. You will:
· Be between NQ and 4 years’ PQE with experience in commercial real estate
· Demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for property law and development work
· Be confident managing your own files with supervision as needed
· Possess strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
· Be commercially astute with a proactive, client-centred approach
· Enjoy collaborating within a supportive and high-performing team
