You'll join a highly regarded Scottish Commercial Property practice advising an excellent mix of clients across investment, development, acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, portfolio management and broader strategic property work.
There is particularly strong exposure to clients operating within hospitality, leisure, retail and other consumer-facing sectors, giving you the opportunity to become closely involved with businesses rather than simply working transaction by transaction.
That matters here.
The firm's strongest client relationships are long-term ones, and its senior lawyers are expected to become genuine commercial advisers.
You'll work directly with business owners, investors and senior decision-makers, take ownership of key relationships and have the freedom to build your own profile in the market.
For somebody with ambition, the timing is particularly interesting.
You wouldn't be joining a team where every senior position has already been filled and every client relationship has already been carved up.
