A Real Estate practice with room to grow
The opportunity would suit a Partner with a strong commercial real estate practice, particularly someone operating across areas such as:
There is also significant scope to work with clients across the firm's wider national platform, creating opportunities to develop relationships across corporate, finance, construction, planning, energy and infrastructure.
Who are we looking for?
We are interested in speaking with established Real Estate Partners who have built a strong reputation in the Scottish market.
You may already have a broad commercial property practice, or you may have developed a particular specialism in areas such as development, strategic land, investment, energy or infrastructure.
What matters most is that you bring:

The Scottish operation is already established and growing. The ambition now is to continue building a significant, full-service presence in the market — and Real Estate will be a key part of that strategy.
For the right individual, there is scope to:
Lead – take a prominent role in the continued development of the Scottish Real Estate practice.

Diversify – work across traditional commercial real estate alongside exciting growth areas such as energy transition, renewables and infrastructure.
Build – develop a team and shape the practice around your own strengths and market relationships.
