The role offers the opportunity to work on high-value investment, development and asset management transactions across a range of sectors, including offices, logistics, retail, leisure, build-to-rent and student accommodation.
The successful candidate will advise a diverse client base, including investors, funds and private clients, managing transactions across the property lifecycle. You will also work closely with specialists across planning, construction, tax, banking and corporate law to deliver commercially focused advice and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years’ PQE, strong Scottish real estate experience and a commercial, client-focused approach. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are also important.
