You’ll be involved in a broad and genuinely varied range of property work, giving you the opportunity to work with different clients and transactions rather than managing a purely residential caseload.
Your work will include acting for individuals selling their existing homes and purchasing new properties, alongside more varied transactions including acquiring land and property for development and subsequently dealing with plot sales. You’ll also have the opportunity to handle the sale and purchase of agricultural property, adding another interesting dimension to the role.
You’ll manage your matters with a good degree of autonomy while working as part of an established and well-supported team. The emphasis is very much on building strong client relationships and providing a personal, high-quality service rather than simply processing transactions.
Ideally, you’ll have a minimum of two years’ post-qualifying experience and be confident managing your own conveyancing matters. Just as importantly, you’ll be personable, enthusiastic and someone who genuinely enjoys the client-facing side of the role.
This is a contract role, they are ideally looking for someone to join them for 1 year but it’s highly likely this role could become permanent.
