You'll enjoy managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from initial instruction through to completion, providing a first-class service to a loyal client base and becoming a trusted adviser throughout the buying and selling process.
You'll already have a minimum of one year's experience of successfully managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish and be someone who enjoys dealing directly with clients. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential, as you'll play a key role in maintaining the firm's excellent reputation for client care.
Whilst residential conveyancing will be your primary focus, previous experience of commercial conveyancing would be advantageous. However, if this is an area you'd like to develop into, there will be the opportunity to broaden your skill set and gain valuable experience working alongside experienced colleagues.
