I’m keen to connect with Property Solicitors based in the Ayrshire area who may be open to a new opportunity.
My client is an established and highly regarded boutique legal firm that is continuing to grow due to increased demand. As a result, they are looking to appoint a Property Solicitor (NQ – 7 years’ PQE) to join their friendly and collaborative team.
This role offers the chance to work across a varied and interesting mix of property matters, including:
• Residential sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• New build transactions
• Commercial property/rural and agriculture property work
There is also the opportunity to gain exposure to rural and agricultural property matters, making this a great role for someone who enjoys developing their expertise across different areas of property law.
