We are seeking a motivated Property Solicitor to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team based in the beautiful Scottish Highlands. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a broad spectrum of property matters, including commercial property, renewable energy (wind farm) developments, rural estates, and crofting law.  Whether you already have a background in property law or are a solicitor in another discipline seeking a fresh and rewarding challenge, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Advising clients on commercial and rural property transactions
• Handling land and property sales, purchases, leases, and development matters
• Working on renewable energy projects including wind farm transactions
• Navigating the unique intricacies of crofting law
• Building strong client relationships across sectors including agriculture, energy, and local government

What We’re Looking For

• A qualified solicitor (Scotland) with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Experience in property law is ideal, but solicitors with backgrounds in other areas who are looking to specialise in property law are encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• A genuine interest in the unique legal landscape of the Highlands
