This is a varied and interesting role where you’ll work closely with experienced lawyers on a wide range of property finance transactions, giving you the opportunity to develop your technical skills and build on your existing experience.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include collating title due diligence, preparing first drafts of standard securities and discharges, completing Land Registration application forms and submitting deeds for registration.
You’ll also assist with reviewing advance notices, support the team through completions and deal with post-completion matters, including preparing and sending lender title packs.
