You will join the firm’s Property Litigation team, handling a varied caseload of contentious property matters. The role offers responsibility appropriate to experience, with supervision and support from senior solicitors and partners, and clear scope for development.

Key Responsibilities
> Manage a caseload of property litigation matters from inception to resolution
> Advise clients on landlord and tenant disputes, commercial and residential property claims, and related issues
> Draft pleadings, correspondence, and legal documentation for court and tribunal proceedings
> Negotiate settlements and represent clients’ interests effectively
> Liaise with clients, counsel, experts, and other stakeholders
> Ensure compliance with procedural rules, timescales, and case management standards
About You
> Qualified Solicitor in Scotland (NQ–Senior Associate level considered)
> Experience in property litigation or contentious property work
> Strong technical, organisational, and negotiation skills
> Confident client-facing manner with a focus on service and outcomes
> Ability to manage workload independently while contributing to a team
