This role offers the opportunity to work from any of the firm’s regional offices and can accommodate both full-time and part-time working patterns.
The position sits within the firm’s national corporate team, supporting lawyers across a broad range of corporate transactions, with a particular focus on private equity. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and maintenance of legal precedents, guidance materials, and automated document suites. They will also assist with technical research, respond to legal queries from fee earners, draft legal updates, and help deliver training programmes.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years’ post-qualification experience in corporate law, preferably with some exposure to private equity work. An interest in legal tech and document automation is essential, although direct experience is not required, as training can be provided. Strong drafting, research, and communication skills are crucial, along with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail.
