Professional Support Lawyer – Employment

Are you an experienced Employment lawyer looking for a role where your expertise directly shapes how clients experience employment law?

Our client has one of the largest, market-leading Employment teams in the UK and is looking for a Professional Support Lawyer to join them.

In this role, you’ll update resources, develop client tools, deliver training, and provide practical guidance that keeps clients ahead of the curve. You’ll work alongside a talented, growing team, contributing to cutting-edge projects, innovation initiatives, and high-impact legal solutions.

As a Professional Support Lawyer, you’ll:

• Keep clients ahead of legal changes by updating resources and guidance
• Develop tools and training that elevate service delivery
• Shape innovation, process improvements, and bolt-on services
• Work closely with a talented, growing team and provide crucial legal intelligence/knowledge to them

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Passionate about employment law
• Skilled at advising, drafting, and training
• Entrepreneurial, spotting opportunities to enhance client services
• A team player with great communication skills
• Has a minimum of 6 years PQE
