The role involves high-quality clinical negligence and regulatory defence work within a Legal 500 and Chambers UK ranked practice.
Main responsibilities will include:
Manage clinical negligence matters from pre-litigation to litigation
Represent professionals in regulatory and disciplinary cases
Handle a varied caseload in a busy environment
Support clients in complex and sensitive situations
Contribute to business development activities
The team is keen to speak with candidates with at least 1-year PQE, ideally with experience in clinical negligence claims. However, strong NQ candidates with relevant experience will also be considered. The role offers full involvement in cases from initial instruction through to resolution within a busy, client-focused environment.
