We are delighted to be partnered with our client who is a well-established, and due to continued growth and success, they are looking for a Private Client Solicitor to join their team, based out of there Inverness office.
The firm is a Platinum STEP Employer Partner and one of the largest STEP-qualified teams in the North East of Scotland, and they are continuously recognised and ranked in both the Chambers and Partners and Legal 500 guides
Role Responsibilities:
Dealing with the administration of estates, both alongside senior colleagues and independently
Drafting Wills, letters of wishes, Powers of Attorney and Living Wills
Assisting with the establishment, administration and wind up of family Trusts and Charities, including personal injury Trusts
Advising on Inheritance Tax and other Capital Tax planning
Contributing to the Team Business Development strategy
