We are delighted to support our client who are a well-established, highly regarded, high street legal firm, specialising in providing client
focused legal advice across a range of areas.
Due to continued business growth and opportunity is available for an ambitious and motivated Private Client Solicitor to join our team.
The role;
The role will involve working with a diverse caseload, primarily focused on Wills, Powers of Attorney and estate administration.
You will work alongside a collaborative team to provide a high level
of professional service to clients. You’ll take a leading role in providing exceptional service to our clients and mentoring our growing team.
Key responsibilities;
• Executry Management: Manage estate administration, provide advice to executors and beneficiaries, and ensure smooth distribution of assets.
• Wills: Draft and advise clients with varying personal and financial needs.
• Powers of Attorney: Prepare and advise on financial and welfare Powers of Attorney.
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on excellent service.
• Team Contribution: Mentor junior solicitors and contribute to the growth of the Private Client team.

We are seeking and individual who demonstrates;
• An interest in private client law.
• Knowledge in Executry management, Wills, Powers of Attorney.
• Exceptional interpersonal and client care skills.
• An ability to show empathy and build strong client relationships.
