The role would naturally lean towards executry work, so if you enjoy that side of things and like taking the time to do it properly, you’ll feel right at home. The sweet spot for this position is NQ up to around 3 years PQE, but there’s also definite openness to someone returning after a period of leave who’s looking for a manageable caseload and a smooth re-entry back into practice. The team is set up to give you room to breathe, develop, and settle.
