This is a particularly exciting opportunity for someone who is ready to take the next step in their career and would like the opportunity to lead and develop a Private Client team.
You will be given real autonomy to shape and grow the department, develop the client offering and, over time, build a team around you. You will have the freedom to make the role your own, while still having the support and backing of the Directors, who are committed to investing in and developing the Private Client practice.
Alongside this, you will manage a varied caseload including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Executries and Estate Administration, providing clear and practical advice to clients and managing matters from initial instruction through to completion.
The firm is looking for someone who is comfortable working independently, enjoys building strong relationships with clients and would be excited by the opportunity to play a key role in the future development of the department.
There is an established client base and good quality work available, together with dedicated administrative and secretarial support.
Ideally, you will have around 4 years’ PQE or above, although there may be some flexibility around level for the right person.
For someone ambitious, there are excellent progression prospects. This is an opportunity to join at an important stage in the development of the Private Client team, have genuine input into how it grows and progress your own career alongside it.
Salary is expected to be in the region of £50,000 to £75,000 depending on experience.
If you are an experienced Private Client Solicitor who would enjoy having greater autonomy and the opportunity to develop a team, I would be very happy to have a confidential chat.
