The position is available on either a full-time or part-time basis, and applications are welcomed from newly qualified solicitors through to more experienced practitioners.
The successful candidate will handle a broad range of private client matters, including:
Managing a varied caseload of wills, executries, powers of attorney, and guardianship matters.
Drafting legal documents and providing practical, client-focused advice.
Supporting colleagues on more complex cases where required.
Maintaining high standards of client care and regulatory compliance.
Contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team.
The team is keen to hear from solicitors with experience in private client work, whether gained during a traineeship or through post-qualification practice. Candidates at all levels will be considered, with the role adaptable to suit the successful applicant’s level of experience.
