This is a full-time, permanent position offering hybrid working and the opportunity to join a busy and supportive private client department. The team currently comprises four solicitors, two paralegals, and four support staff, and manages a high volume of general private client work. The role will have a strong focus on executry administration and the drafting of wills and powers of attorney, alongside broader private client matters.
The successful candidate will advise clients across a wide range of private client work including wills, powers of attorney, succession planning, estate administration, trusts, and related tax considerations. You will manage your own caseload while also supporting colleagues on more complex matters, providing clear, empathetic, and professional advice to clients.
The firm would consider a newly qualified solicitor; however, the ideal candidate will have 2–5 years’ PQE in private client work. There is flexibility on level for the right individual, reflecting the firm’s commitment to securing a strong long-term addition to the team.
The salary range is competitive, with scope for a higher package for an exceptional candidate with the right experience and expertise. This role presents an excellent opportunity to join a well-regarded firm with a strong private client practice, a steady flow of work, and a genuinely supportive team environment.
