This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced colleagues on a wide variety of matters including wills, powers of attorney, trusts, and estate administration.
The successful candidate will be involved in managing client relationships, drafting legal documents, and overseeing the administration of estates and trusts. Experience in handling executry accounts, tax compliance, and financial documentation is essential. The position also includes mentoring junior staff and contributing to the smooth running of the department.
Applicants should have post-qualification experience and a strong background in private client work within the Scottish legal system. A proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service are key.
This is a permanent role with flexibility for full-time or part-time hours. While primarily office-based, hybrid working arrangements may be considered for the right candidate.
