This is an excellent opportunity to work within one of the largest STEP-qualified private client teams in the North East of Scotland, advising a broad range of clients on high-quality private client matters.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advising clients on Wills, Powers of Attorney, estate and succession planning matters
• Assisting with the administration of executries, trusts and related private client work
• Providing advice on inheritance tax and other capital tax planning matters
• Building strong client relationships and working collaboratively within a supportive team environment
• Contributing to business development activities, including networking and client updates where appropriate
Applicants should be Newly Qualified Solicitors and above, with previous experience in private client work preferred. Candidates should possess strong communication and organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a genuine interest in developing a career in private client law. STEP qualification is not essential, and full support and funding are available for candidates wishing to pursue the qualification.
