This well-established Scottish law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join its growing team in Aberdeen.

Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a busy and collaborative private client practice, advising a broad range of individuals, trustees and executors across Scotland and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on wills, powers of attorney, succession planning and lifetime planning matters
• Drafting private client documentation and providing asset protection and tax mitigation advice
• Managing executry and trust administrations from inception through to completion
• Building strong client relationships and working closely with colleagues across the wider firm

Applicants should have at least 2 years’ PQE and experience in private client work under Scots law. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, a proactive approach to managing their workload, and a genuine enthusiasm for private client matters. STEP qualification would be advantageous, although support is available for candidates wishing to pursue the qualification.
