This is a genuine long-term career opportunity within a successful and ambitious Private Client practice where professional development and progression are actively encouraged.

It’s about:

Working on varied Private Client matters – Advising individuals and families on wills, powers of attorney, executries, estate and succession planning, trusts, inheritance tax and wider Private Client matters.

Developing your expertise – Working alongside experienced lawyers and Partners on interesting and technically challenging matters, giving you the opportunity to broaden your knowledge and strengthen your technical skills.

Building trusted client relationships – Providing clear, practical and empathetic advice while developing long-term relationships with clients and their families.

Working collaboratively – Sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and high-performing team environment.

Growing your career – Benefiting from ongoing training, mentoring and professional development, with genuine opportunities to progress as your experience and ambitions develop.

We are interested to speak with individuals who are enthusiastic about developing a successful long-term career in Private Client law.

You’ll bring:

A qualification as a Scottish solicitor with a minimum of one year’s PQE in Private Client work.
Experience across areas such as wills, powers of attorney, executries, estate planning, trusts and inheritance tax.
A genuine interest in developing your technical Private Client expertise.
