Private Client Solicitor – 1-2PQE – EDINBURGH

Superb opportunity for an ambitious Private Client Solicitor to join this top tier firm working alongside industry experts.

Our client is offering a superb salary and benefits package as well  as support for the successful candidate to attain STEP qualification of this has not already been obtained.

Interesting and varied role involving aspects of private client work; 

meeting clients and advising on wills and powers of attorney, drafting these and arranging for execution of these documents
succession, asset protection and tax planning advice
trusts and drafting these trusts and ongoing advice on trust administration and winding up of trusts
some exposure to Executry administration
participating in the business development initiatives of the department and the firm
supporting Knowledge Management for the department and involvement in new technical solutions for our bigger private clients

1-2 pqe with a strong interest in private client work.

Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and strong client care skills as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
