I'm currently working with a boutique Scottish law firm seeking an experienced Private Client Senior Solicitor or Associate to take the lead of its established Private Client division.

You'll handle a varied caseload covering:

?? Wills and estate planning
?? Powers of Attorney
?? Executry and estate administration matters
?? Succession and inheritance planning

Alongside managing your own files, you'll have the autonomy to lead the department, contribute to its growth strategy, and further strengthen the firm's reputation in the private client market.
