This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor at NQ–1 years’ PQE to join a respected and forward-thinking Glasgow firm in a genuinely varied Private Client and Residential Conveyancing role.

Key Responsibilities

You will handle a varied caseload across Private Client and Residential Conveyancing, with appropriate support and supervision as required. Your work will include:

• Residential property sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages and other residential property transactions
• Wills and Powers of Attorney
• Executries and associated Private Client matters
• Providing clear, practical and client-focused advice
• Managing your own caseload and progressing matters through to conclusion
• Developing strong relationships with clients and professional contacts

The exact balance between Private Client and Conveyancing can be shaped around your existing experience and areas of interest.

About You

• Scottish Qualified Solicitor with NQ–1 years’ PQE
• Some experience in either Private Client, Residential Conveyancing or both
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Organised and comfortable managing a varied caseload
• Keen to continue developing technically and professionally
• A genuine interest in building a long-term career within a supportive Glasgow practice

This would also be an excellent opportunity for an NQ who has completed a traineeship incorporating Private Client and/or Residential Property and is now looking for a role offering greater breadth.
