This is a long-standing Aberdeen firm with an excellent reputation and a strong presence in the local legal market. Due to continued success and an increase in workload, they are looking to welcome an experienced Executry Paralegal to their team.
You'll be joining a friendly and supportive Private Client department where your experience will be valued and you'll have the opportunity to manage a varied and interesting caseload.
Ideally, you'll already have good experience of dealing with all aspects of executry administration, including both testate and intestate estates, as well as more complex matters involving taxable estates.
You'll be someone who is highly organised, confident managing your workload and comfortable dealing directly with clients.
As we know, executry work often involves supporting people at a particularly difficult time in their lives, so having a compassionate approach, excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to looking after your clients is really important.
The role will be predominantly office based at their Aberdeen office, although there may be some opportunity for hybrid working once you've settled into the team.
For someone who enjoys Private Client work and would like to be part of a well-established firm where they can continue to develop their experience, I think this is a really good opportunity.
A competitive salary will be offered, depending on experience.
