I’m working with a really solid, mid-sized firm in the Glasgow area that’s looking to bring in a Private Client Paralegal, with a strong focus on executries.

Job Description

This would suit someone who enjoys that side of the work — getting into the detail, managing files properly, and being involved from start to finish rather than just picking up small parts of a process.

The role is mainly executries, including some more complex matters, so it’s a good opportunity if you’re looking to build on your experience and take on a bit more responsibility. You’ll be trusted to manage your own workload, but with support there when you need it, so it’s a nice balance.

There’s also some exposure to wider private client work like wills and powers of attorney, but executries will be your main focus.

The team itself is friendly, down to earth, and genuinely supportive — not overly corporate or pressured, just a group of people who get on with the work and help each other out. It’s the kind of environment where you can develop without feeling like you’re constantly under pressure.

They’re ideally looking for someone who already has some experience in private client, particularly executries, and who’s comfortable handling their own files. Attention to detail and being organised are key, but just as important is being able to communicate well with clients and keep things moving.

There’s also hybrid working on offer, so you’ll have a bit of flexibility while still being part of the team in the office.

Please reach out to me Deborah Collier at QED Legal on the details provided.
