Our client, an established Scottish law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join its growing team, primarily based in Bishopbriggs with one day per week in Glasgow.

Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive private client practice with strong mentoring and long-term career development.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting and advising on Wills, Powers of Attorney and trusts.
  • Managing executry matters from instruction through to completion.
  • Advising on inheritance tax, estate planning and succession matters.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and professional referrers.
  • Delivering high-quality client care while managing a varied caseload.

The role is suited to a Scottish-qualified solicitor from NQ level upwards, ideally with some private client experience. The successful candidate will advise a broad client base, including business owners, across a range of private client matters while delivering exceptional client care.

The team is led by an experienced Private Client specialist with expertise in wills, inheritance tax and succession planning, offering a collaborative environment and excellent opportunities for professional growth.
