We are currently working with our client, a prominent Scottish law firm.

Job Description

The firm is currently seeking an Associate or Legal Director to join its respected Private Client team in Dundee. This is an excellent opportunity to handle high-quality private client work, advising individuals, families, and trustees on a range of wealth and succession planning matters while working closely with experienced Partners.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Managing wills, trusts, estate planning, inheritance tax, and private wealth matters.
Leading on complex estate and trust work alongside senior colleagues.
Mentoring junior team members and support their development.
Building strong client relationships and delivering tailored legal advice.
Supporting business development and contributing to team growth.

The team is keen to speak with candidates with at least 6 years’ PQE with extensive experience in private client work. The role is ideal for an ambitious lawyer looking to advance their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
