The role focuses on complex international trust and private wealth disputes, acting for financial institutions, private clients, and high-net-worth individuals, with opportunities to contribute to a growing practice.
The successful candidate will assist in managing litigation matters from instruction to hearing, including legal research, drafting, and advising on case strategy. The role requires delivering high-quality, commercially focused advice, maintaining strong client relationships, and meeting billing targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities include:
Contributing to the growth of the firm’s Private Client and Trusts Team, delivering a consistently high standard of client service.
Advising and representing clients on international private wealth and trusts disputes, supporting complex litigation from instruction to hearing.
Conducting legal research and identify key legal and factual issues.
Drafting complex documents, including advice, correspondence, evidence, and pleadings, with accuracy and clarity.
Supporting and mentoring junior team members
The team is keen to speak with candidates with a minimum of 1-year PQE with knowledge and experience of private client and/or commercial litigation.
