Key responsibilities include:
Advising a diverse portfolio of national and international clients, primarily in energy, infrastructure, and built environment sectors.
Providing strategic, commercially focused legal support on large-scale transactions.
Managing client matters independently while mentoring junior team members.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7+ years’ PQE with extensive experience in non-contentious construction law, with strong expertise in drafting and negotiating construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC, NEC, iChemE, JCT). This role offers the chance to influence the growth and strategy of the practice.
