I’m working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm that is looking to add a Scottish Personal Injury Solicitor to its growing team.

This is a great opportunity for a 2+ PQE Scottish-qualified solicitor looking to join a supportive environment, work on a varied caseload and take real ownership of their clients and cases.

You’ll be joining a team that is genuinely committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for its clients, with a strong track record in personal injury work.

What will you be doing?

You’ll manage your own caseload and be involved throughout the claims process, including:

• Advising clients following personal injury
• Managing claims from instruction through to resolution
• Preparing pleadings, evidence and case documentation
• Negotiating settlements with insurers
• Liaising with clients, insurers and other parties
• Representing clients where matters proceed to court
• Providing clear, practical advice and delivering excellent client care

What type of experience are we looking for?
I’m particularly keen to hear from PI solicitors with 2+ years' experience in Personal Injury, including experience in areas such as:

RTA | Credit Hire | EL | Clinical Negligence | General Personal Injury

Most importantly, you’ll be a confident communicator, highly organised and able to manage your own workload while working effectively as part of a wider team.
