Job Description

PI/Litigation Solicitor (1–4 PQE)– Non-Accidental Injury Team
Location: Edinburgh or Glasgow | Full-time | Permanent

Are you looking to make a difference?  Do you want to use your legal experience within a specialist area?

My client is a leading and growing legal practice.  The Partners are currently seeking a Solicitor (1–4 years PQE) to join its dedicated Non-Accidental Injury team, working from either its Edinburgh or Glasgow office.

This role is not just about litigation—it’s about restoring dignity, empowering survivors, and guiding clients through some of the most challenging times of their lives.

About the Role:

The Non-Accidental Injury team specialises in representing individuals who have experienced abuse and trauma. Many clients have lived with their experiences for years, even decades, before reaching out. The team offers more than legal representation—it provides a pathway to justice, support, and healing.

Your role will involve:

  • Supporting survivors of abuse, violence, and harassment through the legal process
  • Securing vital compensation to aid in their recovery
  • Displaying empathy, patience, and professionalism in every client interaction
  • Contributing to a highly experienced, collaborative team known for its compassion and excellence

What We’re Looking For:

  • A passionate, client-focused litigator with a strong sense of purpose.
  • Experience in personal injury, civil litigation, or commercial litigation and looking to make a meaningful shift in focus.
  • A detail-oriented, proactive, and empathetic attitude, with a desire to help others.
  • The ability to manage your own caseload while supporting a team on complex matters.

Why Join?

This is a unique opportunity to build a fulfilling career in an area of law that truly changes lives. You’ll benefit from the team’s deep expertise, supportive culture, and the organisation’s strong reputation in this specialist field.

You’ll also be joining a workplace committed to professional growth, employee wellbeing, and meaningful work.
