The work itself is varied and interesting, covering road traffic accidents and other personal injury claims. You'll manage your own caseload, deal with liability disputes, draft and raise court actions, negotiate settlements and gain valuable experience appearing in the Sheriff Court, including at hearings and proofs.
What I particularly like about this opportunity is that you won't simply be left to get on with things. You'll have access to experienced solicitors who are happy to share their knowledge, involve you in more complex cases and help you develop your litigation and advocacy skills.
