You'll manage a mixed caseload including, catastrophic injury, high-value road traffic accidents (RTAs), and employer’s liability (EL) and public liability (PL) cases.
You'll demonstrate empathy with clients and will develop strong and supportive relationships. You'll have experience of both both ASPIC and the Court of Session, be commercially astute with the ability to meet/exceed fee earning targets and will be keen to continue to learn and develop your skills and expertise.
