Defender Personal Injury Solicitor | Leading Legal500 Firm | Glasgow or Edinburgh | NQ – 3PQE

One of the leading defender personal injury teams in Scotland is currently looking to recruit a further NQ -3PQE Personal Injury Solicitor to run a mixed caseload of defender, complex,  RTA, EL/PL and Catastrophic/Serious Injury. A strong emphasis is placed on advocacy and delivering high-quality legal representation, alongside meaningful exposure to complex and challenging work. - Leading Defender Personal Injury- specializing in complex personal injury cases

- A team of true experts within complex personal injury (the majority of the Partners trained with the firm)

The Role:

- Managing mixed defender personal injury caseload- including complex injury- with direct support from the Serious Injury Partner

- A broad caseload supporting on some of the most complex personal injury cases in Scotland

The Candidate:

- Scottish qualified Personal Injury Solicitor (NQ-3PQE) with a genuine desire to focus on defender personal injury

- Previous experience gained within a traineeship or as a qualified Solicitor is essential
