Job Description

This is a fantastic chance to become part of a highly regarded team within a firm that is recognised for its commitment to supporting and developing its employees. They invest heavily in ongoing training and development, recognise and reward success, and offer the flexibility needed to achieve a healthy work-life balance.

In this role, you'll manage your own caseload of pursuer personal injury matters, focusing primarily on litigated road traffic, pedestrian and cycling accident claims. The majority of cases are raised in the All Scotland Sheriff Personal Injury Court, although you'll also gain exposure to matters in the Court of Session and local Sheriff Courts where appropriate.

It's likely you'll have at least one year's relevant experience handling personal injury matters and be confident managing your own caseload. You'll be highly organised, proactive and client-focused, with the ability to build strong relationships and guide clients through what can often be a challenging time. Strong advocacy skills and a desire to secure the very best outcomes for your clients are essential.

This is a great opportunity to further develop your career within a supportive and experienced team where your contribution will be recognised and valued.
