We are working with a respected multi-service firm seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor to join their growing team. What You’ll Do:

• Manage a varied caseload of personal injury matters with a high degree of autonomy.
• Deliver clear, compassionate, and practical advice to clients from initial instruction through to resolution.
• Draft and negotiate settlements, prepare cases for litigation where required, and ensure compliance with all procedural requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser throughout the claims process.
• Contribute to the continued growth of the team through collaboration and a proactive approach to business development.

About You:

• Scottish-qualified solicitor with experience in personal injury (all PQE levels and Paralegals considered).
• A genuine passion for client care and delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and confidence managing your own caseload.
• Self-motivated, organised, and keen to progress within a supportive but ambitious environment.
