A respected Scottish law firm is looking to recruit a newly qualified to two-year PQE solicitor to join its Personal Injury team, based in either Edinburgh or Glasgow.

Job Description

The firm is known for its broad legal expertise and commitment to delivering high-quality service across both commercial and private client sectors.

This role offers the opportunity to work within a busy and supportive litigation department, handling a varied caseload that includes road traffic accidents, employer and public liability claims, medical negligence, and industrial disease matters. The successful candidate will manage their own files, contribute to team initiatives, and support junior colleagues, including paralegals and trainees.

Applicants should have a solid grounding in personal injury or civil litigation and be confident in assessing claims, negotiating settlements, and engaging with clients and third parties. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to casework are essential.

While the role is office-based, hybrid working arrangements are available following an initial training period. Edinburgh-based candidates should be willing to travel to Glasgow for training.

If this position may be of interest, please contact Cameron or Teddie for a confidential initial discussion. (Assignment 17760)
