This opportunity would afford the incoming Senior Solicitor/Associate the real opportunity to work alongside a true team of personal injury experts- gaining exposure within one of the most accredited teams in the Scotland.
The Firm:
· Pursuer Personal Injury Specialist.
· A true innovator in the legal sphere- early adopters of both agile and flexible working.
The Role:
· Manage a challenging pursuer personal injury caseload- cheifly across litiagted Motor Injury cases.
· Be an available source of support and mentorship for trainees and junior solicitors within the team.
· Provide clients with the most effective legal advice during challenging periods of their life.
· Be a pragmatic and effective member of the wider, national, personal injury team.
· Attend and support the wider firm and personal injury team during networking and business development opportunities.
The Candidate:
· Scottish qualified Solicitor with a background in Personal Injury matters.
· Passion for Pursuer Personal Injury matters.
· Dedicated and professional working manner.
