The successful candidate will manage the defence of a wide range of personal injury claims for leading insurer clients, including motor, employer’s liability, public liability, and—depending on experience—disease cases. There will also be opportunities to assist senior solicitors on complex and high-value matters.
Some experience in court appearances is preferred, as the role involves preparing for and conducting contentious hearings. The ideal candidate will be at the NQ–5 years’ PQE level and will demonstrate strong client care skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently, showing initiative and motivation across all aspects of their work.
