This leading Scottish law firm is currently recruiting for a Practice Development Lawyer to join its busy Contentious Construction team based in Edinburgh.

Job Description

This role provides the opportunity to support the team by managing, reviewing, and updating legal practice notes, training materials, and internal knowledge systems. Key responsibilities include:

Providing support and training to lawyers within the team.
Monitoring legislative changes, market developments, and case law to inform and update the team’s practices and materials.
Assisting with the development and delivery of training for lawyers at all levels of qualification.
Supporting the implementation and enhancement of the firm’s knowledge management system.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE and have experience in contentious construction law, strong project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
