This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor to further develop their career within a supportive and experienced Private Client team, working on a varied caseload with flexible part-time hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a broad range of Private Client matters, including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Executries and Guardianship applications
Drafting legal documentation, administering estates, and advising clients on succession and estate planning matters
Managing a varied caseload independently and assisting on more complex matters where required
Providing excellent client care, maintaining regulatory compliance, and building strong client relationships
Supporting the continued growth and development of the Private Client department
Applicants should be Scottish qualified solicitors with a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) and a strong background in Private Client work. Candidates should be confident handling their own caseload with minimal supervision and possess excellent technical knowledge across a range of private client matters. Strong communication and organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.
