You’ll be the main point of contact for clients, working with insurers and other professionals to keep each case moving smoothly from start to finish.
You'll be someone who can manage a full caseload of RTA personal injury claims (typically between 150/200 files), you'll be highly organised with exceptional communication skills, be deadline driven and be willing to assist and support the team where necessary.
