NQ Solicitor – Property & Professional Liability

Glasgow | Newly Qualified | Litigation & Dispute Resolution

I’m recruiting for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join a highly regarded Property & Professional Liability team at an established Scottish law firm.

This is an excellent opportunity for an NQ looking to build a career in specialist litigation, working alongside experienced Partners on complex and high-value disputes.

The Work

You'll gain exposure to a broad range of disputes, including:

• Professional negligence.
• Property damage and product liability.
• Construction disputes and contractual claims.
• Insurance coverage issues.
• Complex commercial and property litigation.

You'll be involved in matters from initial instruction through to settlement, mediation and court proceedings, including cases in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session.

What We're Looking For:

• NQ Scottish Solicitor with a current Practising Certificate.
• A genuine interest in litigation and dispute resolution.
• Strong analytical, drafting and communication skills.
• A commercial, client-focused approach.
• Ambition to develop technical litigation and advocacy skills.
• Previous insurance experience would be advantageous but isn't essential.
