Job Description

Rural Property Solicitor – NQ – Edinburgh/hybrid working

Our client is a leading and well-established law firm with a strong reputation for providing high-quality legal services to clients across Scotland.

An exciting and new opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join its Rural Property team based in Edinburgh.  You will play a pivotal part in advising clients on the sale and purchase of farms, estates and forestry, advising landlords and tenants on agricultural tenancies and dealing with renewable energy developments and partnership matters. 

The firm is known to offer a friendly, supportive working environment where professional development is encouraged.

About You:

A recently qualified solicitor (NQ) with experience gained in property matters (experience in Rural law matters is desired but not essential)
A keen interest in Rural law
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A willingness to engage with clients and build strong relationships
